Pinched porcelain bowl “Gold Cat” by Sophie Leta

Piece created in a special porcelain named “Paros” extremely pure, white and translucent. Shaped using the pinched technique, patiently by hand and without a potter's wheel.

It is painted with colored engobes, each piece is unique in its shape and illustration.

This piece is fired only once at 1250°, it is not glazed and keeps its soft touch of natural porcelain.

The real gold luster patterns are brushed onto the enamel, the piece must be fired a second time at 820° to fix the precious metal.

Diameter : 12 cms
Height : 7 cms

Maintenance : For food or decorative use. For a good preservation of the glossy elements, a cleaning with a soft sponge and not too abrasive is advised.
